Beets and sweet potatoe sauté:

Cut up fresh sweet potatoes

cut up fresh beets

Add one fresh cayenne pepper

Sauté in oil with creole seasoning a little bit of seasonal seasoning and Peruvian seasoning

Add garden greens and chives and tarragon all fresh.

Serve over rice
