Pickled green beans
3 1/2 cups vinegar
3 1/2 cups water
2 tsp Canning slat or sea salt
2 cups sugar
Tablespoon coriander
2 bay leaves
1 1/4 tsp ground mustard seed or whole
2 cinnamon sticks
2Tsp of all spice
1 Tsp of peppercorn
3 cloves
Put green beans , garlic clove, chili pod, and 1/4 tsp Cayenne flakes in each jar then pour in your brine loosely put on lid and water bath for 15 minutes or more.
