Chia tea

Chia tea

1/2 tsp peppercorn

1/3 cup chopped ginger

5 star anise

Simmer 30 mins

1/8th tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp nutmeg powder

1/2 tsp cardamon powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

14 cloves

2 or 3 sticks of broken cinnamon


Cook down for 2 hours

Strain out herbs

Add milk and Maple syrup to taste
