Ingredients:
Tablespoon of
oil 3/4 cup of rice
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder pinch of oregano
1/2teaspoon of creole seasoning
one bouillon cube teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups of (warmed up) chicken broth
Steps:
Add oil to cast iron pan, once the oil is warm brown the rice stirring often then add the tomato sauce and the seasoning. Stir for a few minutes then add the chicken broth, stir lightly then cover for 10 minutes on low.
