Veggies: carrots sweet potatoes regular potatoes brussels sprouts asparagus chives and rosemary.
Cover the vegetables with olive oil sprinkle salt seasoning salt pepper brown sugar and Cayenne peppers.
At the end add parsley
Bake at 3:50 for 40 mins
