enchiladas

Can be made with any type of meat we use pork in these enchiladas.

1 lbs of pork

2 1/2 cups purée salsa

Package of taco seasoning

Insta- pot cook on meat setting

Once done mash up meat


Cook corn tortillas in oil lightly sit to the side for later. Put salsa in bottom of pan.

Dip tortillas in salsa mix.

Then add the pork , chopped onions and cheese to the tortilla roll and put in baked pan do this until the big pan is full and then add a little sauce on top and cover with cheese.


Cook 375 for 15 mins
