1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup of sourdough start
3 tsp salt
*mix these ingredients in a bowl
Now add
2 cups of flour
Stir until sticky let rise for 30 minutes then stretch and fold Every 30 minutes add more flour if needed. Cover and let rise for 6 to 12 hours on counter.
Separate into three bowls put in containers with tops. Put in the fridge for six hours up to three days.
1 hour before baking takeout and allowed to become room temperature stretch onto pizza pan *use flour as needed. Cook at 550 for 7 minutes then add toppings and cook again for 14 minutes.
