This recipe made with or without protein powder. If you add protein powder then increase the amount of sunbutter used.
Chopped up dates
A fourth a cup of oats
Chia seeds
hemp seeds
Drizzle of maple syrup
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Mix all ingredients together and shape into equal size bowls store and Tupperware in the fridge. Can also be put in individualized baggies and stored in the freezer for quick make ahead work snacks.
